Use your PANL Plans to get bids from local builders. Once you've selected a builder, you or your builder can submit the PANL plans directly for permitting.

Order PANL Framing Kit
PANL Framing Kits are based on panelized SIP technology and are the product companion to your PANL Plans. We'll put you in contact with your nearest manufacturer to coordinate delivery.

Prepare Your Site
It typically takes around six weeks for your PANL Framing Kit to be manufactured. Prep your site, foundation, and utilities during this time so you'll be ready to build when it arrives.

Assemble Your PANL Framing Kit
Your PANL Framing Kit will arrive flat-packed with easy-to-follow assembly instructions. With a team of 4, you should be able to fully dry in your PANL home in a matter of days.

How much does it cost?
The total cost will be heavily dependent on your project specifics, including but not limited to build location, utilities, foundation selection, builder labor rates, which finish spec you opt for, and any customizations you make. For a rough ballpark, check out our Cost Estimator tool.
